If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase to request a refund.

To request a refund, please contact Lisse Forms through our customer support email and provide your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Digital Products

Lisse Forms sells digital products, including editable templates, forms, social media templates, flyers and other downloadable or online-access products.

Because our products are digital, there is no physical product to return.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is suitable for your needs and that you have access to any software required to edit or use the template, such as Canva where specified.

Problems With Your Purchase

If you experience a problem accessing your files, receive an incorrect product, or believe the product is materially different from its description, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
